PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the rights of our Customers and other data subjects to their private information and process their personal data lawfully and fairly to justify their trust.
We collect only those Customer data that are necessary for the performance of the Company’s activities and (or) when visiting, using, browsing the Company’s websites (hereinafter – the Website). We ensure that the collected and processed Customer data will be secure and will be used only for specific purposes.
By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agree to abide by it.

1. Basic concepts

1.1. Company or Personal Data Controller – IV 864333, certificate of performance of individual activities established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with the legal entity code 864333, data are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, which is the administrator of the Electronic Store www.rvnski.eu.
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – an active adult, i.e. y. 18 (eighteen) and over person or minor active person with at least 16 (sixteen) years and consent of parents or guardians (except in case of emancipation), who uses the Company’s online store Services, personal data of which is processed by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the legal protection of personal data.
1.3. Online store – The company’s online store at www.rvnski.eu.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal data – any information relating to a person – A data subject whose identity is known or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by means of data such as a personal code, one or more personal, physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social data signs.
1.6. “Processing of personal data” means any operation carried out on personal data: collection, recording, storage, classification, grouping, aggregation, modification (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and / or arithmetic operations, retrieval, dissemination, destruction or other action or set of actions.
1.7. A cookie is a corresponding file with a unique identification number that is transmitted from the online store website to the visitor’s hard drive so that the E-Shop Administrator can distinguish the visitor’s computer and see its activities in the E-Shop.
1.8. Direct marketing is the activity of offering goods and services to individuals and / or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered by post, telephone or other means.
1.9. Privacy Policy – means this document setting out the principles and rules for the processing of Personal Data when using the services of the E-Shop.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to perform all personal data processing actions to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data, this Privacy Policy, the Company’s internal procedure for processing personal data.
2.3. The Customer is considered to have read and agree to the current version of the Privacy Policy when purchasing in the online store. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy, then the Customer must not place an order and do not purchase the product in the Online Store.
2.4. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and can be printed out at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented or updated at the Company’s discretion. A new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
2.5. The Customer can place an order in the online store without registration, or by registering in the online store through their Account.
2.6. During the initial registration with the online store through the Account, the Customer must provide his / her e-mail address and come up with a secure Password and provide accurate Personal Data to the online store. The client is responsible for their correctness.
2.7. When using the Services, as well as when purchasing in the online store, the Customer must always provide accurate Personal Data to the E-shop and is responsible for their accuracy.
2.8. The Customer has the right to change and supplement the Personal Data in the Account at any time or to apply to the online store with a request to cancel the Account.
2.9. The Customer must not disclose the Password to third parties and keep it, otherwise all the related responsibility lies with the Customer.
2.10. The Company has the right to change or supplement the “Privacy Policy” in full or in part. Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the date of their publication, i. y. from the date they are published in the Online Store.

3. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

3.1. The Company respects each Customer’s right to privacy. Customer’s Personal data (ie name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the product / service, age / year of birth, payment data of the product / service (bank account number, method of payment, etc.), purchase history, and also, with the consent of the Client, age, sex, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. The following Personal Data is processed for the purpose of e-commerce: name, surname, place of residence (address), history of purchases (types of purchased goods, amounts of money spent), telephone number;
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing, the following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence (address), mobile phone number, e-mail address;
3.1.3. For the purpose of administration of electronic inquiries, for the purpose of Direct Marketing the following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, address, gender, telephone number, e-mail address;
3.1.4. Recording of telephone conversations in electronic commerce, obtaining consents for the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving contractual claims and disputes, ensuring and improving the quality of service. The following personal data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, telephone conversation record.
3.2. The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the processing of the Customer’s Personal Data:
3.2.1. Apply to the Company with a request to provide information on whether the Company processes its personal data and, if so, to get acquainted with the processed personal data;
3.2.2. Apply to the Company with a request to correct his / her personal data and / or suspend the processing of such personal data, except for storage – in case it is established that the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate;
3.2.3. Apply to the Company with a request to delete his personal data, which is processed only with his consent, if the Customer revokes the relevant consent. This right shall not apply if the personal data requested to be deleted are also processed on another legal basis, such as processing necessary for the performance of the contract or the performance of an obligation under the applicable law;
3.2.4. Restrict the processing of his personal data in accordance with applicable law, for example, the period during which the Company will assess whether the Customer has the right to request the deletion of his personal data;
3.2.5. Receive personal data provided by him, which are processed on the basis of his consent or performance of the contract, in writing or in a commonly used electronic form, and, if possible, transfer such data to another service provider (data portability);
3.2.6. Disagree with the processing of his personal data if the processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (eg receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);
3.2.7. Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time;
3.2.8. Apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate if the issue with the Company cannot be resolved.
3.3. The Customer’s Personal Data is not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:
3.3.1. When Customer’s consent is obtained as set forth in this Privacy Policy;
3.3.2. Personal data for the purposes of e-commerce is provided to Partners providing services to the Company related to the Company’s activities;
3.3.4. In cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, to the competent authorities.
3.4. The Customer is aware of his right to object to the processing of his Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing, i. The customer has the right to express disagreement immediately, or later.
3.5. If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, the Customer will not be able to use the services of the online store.
3.6. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. The level of personal data protection measures applied by the Company complies with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The customer’s personal data is encrypted from the moment of his authorization in the E-shop. The purchase procedure is carried out via the https: // protocol. Only persons authorized by the Company have access to Personal Data.
3.7. The Client agrees that in cases where it is necessary in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities and / or the Client’s Personal Data may have been used for illegal activities, or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft, which are subject to pre-trial investigation by the competent law enforcement authorities, or other legitimate grounds or purposes, his Personal Data would be stored on the Company’s servers for longer than set forth in this Privacy Policy.
3.8. Upon receipt of the Data Subject’s instruction or request related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company shall provide the Customer with a response, satisfying the request / instruction or reasonably refusing to do so, no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Data Subject’s request. If the Data Subject so requests, the response must be provided in writing.
3.9. In order for the Company to offer full services to the Customer in the online store, information (Cookies) is stored on the Customer’s computer (device), which is used to identify the Customer as a previous E-Shop user, collecting e-shop traffic statistics. The Customer may delete some or all of the Cookies at any time, as described in the cookie information link on the Website.
